The second hurt even more than the first and I actually screamed out loud when he did it.

i almost did it, but i was gonna get sleeved, toungue pierced, temple pierce all in the same night?... crazy? FUCK YES..... would i do it?.... fuck yes...

Of all the piercings I have had the second nipple hurt the most that I can remember. Not that I have all that many, really, but more than your average person, I suppose.
I only have one of them pierced now, however, as my body started to reject the one. I'd like to get it re-done at some point as I prefer the symmetry, but I don't know that it'll take any better a second time, so I may just take the other out. I haven't decided...

i am already EXTREMELY nipple sensitive. it would either dull the sensation or make it more sensitive than i could bear, so i never got them done.

To actually pierce it? Only a matter of seconds to stick the needle through and rest, and put the jewelry through and rest and close the jewelry up. It's the needle that hurts the most.
It took a few days for the constant dull ache to go away (And let me tell you, it is an odd sensation indeed to be literally painfully aware of your nipples at all times. ) and maybe a few months to heal up completely. But everyone is different. I take forever to heal. The first time I had my nose pierced I had it for a few years, took it out for a few days and it had already closed up so that I couldn't get a ring through it anymore.

I had to soak them. You make a saline solution out of water and sea salt in two coffee cups. Tip yourself over them and pick the cups up so they're sealed nice and tight on you. You look absolutely hysterical!!

I did that twice a day for about a month or so.

I have both of my nipples done. It hurt....then it felt good....then it hurt.....then it felt good. They still get irritated every once in a while but when that little gust of breeze passes by them. I'm in heaven!!!

Women's nipples heal faster than men's.

The tongue piercing was the easiest. It really didn't hurt and it healed in like 3 days. I've had mine since 1994.
