After 11 rollovers, the current EuroMillions jackpot has reached a staggering level. With people queueing at lottery terminals around Europe, the final estimated jackpot for the draw on Friday 17th November is euro 180,000,000. That is roughly equivalent to $230,000,000 or £120 million.

Normally, for each week that the Euromillions jackpot is not won, all the money in the jackpot pot for that week, is rolled-over to the jackpot pool for the following draw, so it gets bigger, and bigger. But, after 11 weeks of this, i.e. for the 12th draw, the rules change, and something called a Rolldown comes into action. And this Saturday 17 November is one of these dates. The Euromillions lottery jackpot has not been won for 11 draws, so this Friday is the 12th draw, so if it's again not won, it's Roll-down Time!
