at times i wish i had room in my apartment for a clothesline. there's a few of 'em downstairs in the laundry room, but i'm not trying to get any of my clothes stolen.

When we moved into this house the people had a line under the covered porsh, but it got no sun and it was really short, and I just didn't like it.

So in the summer time my husband pit one going offa the deck and down the length of our back yard, and it's up really really high so the stuff doesn't drag.

I LOVE it. I can't say what a line freak I am. giggle

then again, i'm kinda happy that there isn't an outdoor clothesline at my apartment. i live downtown, and the winds that blow up the street carry all the stench up from the warehouse district. i wouldn't want my line-dried clothes smelling like puke, pee and spilled alcohol.

I use one still. I have a machine too but do prefer the line when possible. I LOVE my bed sheets being dried on a line.
