Prayers, again please! Updated Yesterday, I learned that the Doctors removed a cancerous polip from my niece's colon..
She has to have a cat scan to see if it has spread... I am totally devastated. This niece I grew up.. She has been a part of my life since she was a little toddler. (She is 43). In fact I took her to her first concert ever.... Donny Osmond. 
Loretta is always happy, always laughing, always shopping for shoes. Please, please send your prayers, and love, and white light her way.. Your prayers are truly a blessing. Because it HAS been removed is a good sign, it has been caught before to late so please try not to worry so much.
My father had bowel cancer some 30 years ago.. it was advanced and he was close to death, but they cut out about 6 ft of cancerous intestine and he is better than ever. Obviously he goes for checks, and participates in the research ongoing for bowel cancer.. me and my siblings also have to go for 18monthly checks also, just incase we have the faulty gene which can cause cancer. I have had polops removed, in the past and all has been a-ok.. so I send my heartfelt sympathy knowing what you must be going through, but try to look on the brighter side that it is being dealt with and can be caught in time.. | |

Colon/rectal cancer is usually a slow growing cancer, and if detected early enough, can have a good prognosis. May the Lord protect and watch over her. | |
