That's so sad.

I saw her doing an interview about how her plastic surgery went horribly wrong and she was trying to get it all fixed. Maybe this was taken before she got the bad surgery fixed.

It's so sad and disturbing because you know it's all because of low self-esteem and she'll look back at her pre-surgery self and say "what the hell was I thinking?"

She looks like a 70 year old woman with 20 year old boobs.
