I had some pulled pork tonight, plantains, some yellow rice, and briased chicken and potatoes.


GOD DAMN, it feels good to be done with this fast. Though I had to take a massive shit after the meal.

That sounds like the shit but I don't have time to make a three course meal. Help me decide what to make for dinner. I made a thread about it!

Gotta love the black bean soup served with a splash of sour cream.
There was a Cuban restaurant that had a run of about a couple of months here
in Downtown Detroit...I was able to have lunch there twice, then it closed down.

is the pulled pork "ropas viejos"?...i saw that on a tv cooking show once..a pressed sandwich with shredded meat..it looked delicious. that, and a fruit cold drink cold a bastidoes?
