i wish those spidey movies would go for a more retro look instead of that whole nanotechnology jacked-up super-detailed costume look they're going for. i mean, i know it's the job of a movie adaptation to fuck up the original story, but i really think keeping the look simple keeps the film classic.  | |

A buff Tobey is always a treat, but somehow the Spider-Man movies have been sooooo unimpressive to me. In fact, the only recent superhero franchise that has grabbed me is X-Men. Maybe I'm getting old. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

x-men was a bit above average, yeah. the last one seemed like the most imperfect one of the three, but i also think it's my favorite. | |

Spider-Man 2 was so awesome though! perfect in every way! i even cried at the end
