I had the most awful dream recently. I dreamed that I was in an herb shop. They sold herbs, roots, oils, soaps and other natural products. The shop did not appear to have anything to do with witchcraft, sorcery, paganism or anything spiritual.

Well this most beautiful man starts eyeing me and I can tell he works there and he is kind of walking around but really paying attention to me and it really feels like he's flirting with me. And so he comes up and I am spellbound because of his beauty and he walks up to me, holding my gaze the whole time and he reaches out his hand and slips it around my wrist and starts rubbing my right wrist and hand.

I looked down and he was holding a bottle of red oil in one hand and rubbing that oil on my wrist and hand with the other. I asked him what it was and he told me that the oil was blessed with a spirit that would remain with me the rest of my life and right then and there I felt a sense of dread and doom.

My heart dropped and I became flushed because I would never sign onto something like that. And I was filled with panic because I could not pull my hand away until he actually let go of it. And I pretended like I was calm and went to the store restroom and tried to wash the oil off and it would not come off.

I woke up in a panic. That sense of dread and doom stayed with me for a few days because in my real life I would have rejected and rebuked whatever it was that guy was trying to put on me and in the dream I did no such thing. I was too paralyzed with fear and it bothered me that I didn't react the way I know I would have in real life.

So....do you think someone actually tried to put a curse on me or what? Mach, light a candle or wave your wand or something!!!! I already rejected and rebuked that dream with the strongness or my spirit but every little bit'll help

Here honey...this is protection from the "evil eye" from my mom's region of Italy...we all have these charms (although, I've lost mine twice!) and they are given to babies when they're born.


It's called the "Mano Cornuta" (horned hand) and it is protection from the malocchio (evil eye). If you were here I'd be able to "test" you for it and get rid of it (or, actually, I'd have my mom do it...she's an expert )





You can also do this with your hand if you're feeling scared...just make sure your hand is pointing downward.

I understand but dream meanings cant be quite different then our waking thoughts ... the "spirit" he placed with you could be a very positive thing and the doom you felt was really deep feelings of being gifted with and incredible positive power ... gifted to your right hand ( our action / giving side ) a power you now may own and need to share outwardly ( right hand ) with others ...
