What do you mean bottles? Are you talking about Arizona or Lipton?!? No. No, no, NO!!! This stuff is LOADED with high fructose corn syrup and other junk. The stuff you need is real, organic green tea leaves that you pour hot water over. Hot water brings out the benefits of the tea.

Now THIS is what you really want - pai mu tan, or white peony. Alright, so it's not silver needle, the king of teas, but it's close, and usually not nearly as expensive.
You just can't beat loose white tea if you steep it just right. Careful not to pour boiling water on it though. Leave the water for a minute or so to allow it cool just a little. I love a good tea thread. [Edited 11/12/06 17:18pm]

If you're looking for a quick fix then i'd say go 4 Lipton or Celestial (bags)
But if you're looking for a more natural taste, then DEF go 4 the original Chinese one (leafs), any brand you could find From experience, i'd strongly recommend the latter [Edited 11/15/06 5:46am]
