Yearly Physical I'm calling my doctor for tomorrow my yearly physical.
I think after you past the ripe old age of ... lets say thirty it's very important. Why wait until you get sick and produce lots of mucus or unidentified brown stuff, moles, etc. to have yourself check and have some peace of mind. Ladies, it's breast cancer prevention month.
