The problem Sexlovely is, while *that* thread appeared to be harmless and tounge in cheek..what happens when a similiar thread is created that is intended only to hurt? then when that thread gets locked, the author refers to the previous thread that was allowed to florish...
we just have to be careful that we arent singling anyone person out in a negative way...besides, you should be create with your thread topics and prevent them from coming off as flame-worthy..for instance: "sketonkee, u suck and shouldnt be allowed to post on the org" could simply be changed to: "skletonkee, please share with us the reasoning behind the threads you create" both topics lead to the same discussion..one does it in a polite and civil manor..the other instigates others to be rude... cha know? | |
