I've tried Gingko biloba on two different occasions and I didn't see any difference in my alertness or focus so I just accepted the fact that I have a short attentions span and it takes a lot to hold my interest.

mine is terrible. even in conversations i find myself changing subjects while the other person is still talking about one subject that i started lol. its awful. After awhile what was interesting in the beginning turns into low inaudible background sounds for my thoughts to myself about the weather, love, what i'm gonna do when i get home or that good ass sandwich i maybe about to eat when that person shuts their piehole lol
