I actually had a pair of Jordache jeans back-in-the-day.
And a pair of two-tone LEE jeans (gray on front, black on the back)

In jr. high & my friends and I preferred:

Swatch watches
Pepe or Guess? jeans (preferably button fly)
Coca-Cola rugby shirts (with rubber buttons only)
Tretorns or sperry top-siders
Esprit book bags
Benetton sweatshirts

High school was:

more Guess?
more Esprit
J. Crew, J. Crew & more J. Crew
Z Cavaricci (paired with a nice silk shirt. lol)
Girbaud
Polo (especially for guys)
Levi's (remember the Button Your Fly t-shirt campaign?)
K-Swiss
Umbro shorts for sports practice

god, we were such preppy snots redface Two of my friends were such bitches that they would get mad at me & our other friend if we bought a shirt that was the same brand or too similar to what they had. It was like each person could only wear a certain name brand...rolleyes

Thank you! My little cousin, in the middle, turned out to be a really great singer. She was in a girl group, but they didn't make it. She still sings for fun. Her brother, on the very left, was like my brother. We were inseperable until we got to our teens. He got into lots of trouble. He passed away 3 years ago. I really miss him.

My 20's were ruled by Kronk. Dunno if they even excist anymore. It was an English brand, making retrostuff with lots of stripes. I like stripes.

When I hit 30 I discovered Carhartt and am a devout follower ever since.

Louis Vutton and Troop!?!?

You may have had bad taste, but you certainly weren't broke! lol

LV can be pretty classy, actually. As long as it's not a bad knockoff and it's not a thousand pieces with the LV print all over them. Makes you dizzy at a point. nuts

I never wore Umbro, but I couldn't count how many kids used to wear those bright colored shorts and the Umbro t shirts. Mostly rich preppy soccer kids wore them though.

Ironically we didn't have soccer at my school, and most of us lived/grew up on farms. smile
