My daughter turned 5 today It was a wonderful day and I really enjoyed her party at "Build a Bear" but the whole day I have been wondering where the time goes. I blink my eyes and I am there in the delivery room, carrying her to the nursery like a ticking time bomb because I was terrified I would drop her. Now she is five years old and I cannot believe how quickly it has gone. Tonight she asked me if I would still love her when she was a teenager.I assured her I would but I got a lump in my throat because I realized that I will blink my eyes again and she will be begging to borrow the car.

Sometimes time moves way too fast. It doesn't move nearly fast enough on your threads.

Sometimes time moves way too fast. Yes, kids do grow up too fast! I remember when my oldest nephew was born 7 years ago and I got to hold him for the first time. It seems like yesterday to me as well.RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |
