a ? about downloading mp3's

i have a sony aw3000-ive just got an apple mac with itunes but i want to download my new cds to my sony mp3 player(ive lost the sony disc to dwonload the program)-does anyone know how to?

You probably need the disc with the program confused

Go to a Sony website and see if they'll send you another one?
