The first known Orger to be quoted by Prince, himself, during a live performance. Taken from a concert review he wrote and posted on Prince.org saying that, "John Blackwell plays the drums like an octopus on crack!"...so said Prince. Prince...whom could rarely please our dear Nep2nes. Musically.

I haven't heard from her for a while... Tell her I said hello

I googled apollonia7, my oldest handle... and lo-and-behold - our friend Spats, just two comments above me:
http://www.prince.org/msg/8/9355 (kinda towards the top) I got a kick out of that for some reason.

All I remember is I joined when I was working at Delta USA Corp (auto seat factory). I worked there between 1997 and 2000. I can remember getting the PPML in my email at work, and being so worried that I would get caught going on the internet (since I didn't have a computer at home then).
I never submitted anything to the news letter...too shy. But I did send a couple of people emails once and a while.

Yup. I joined in 96 or 97. My first name was PacketMan (though I also went by Mr. Bigglesworth in the chat room).

I also remember the Black and Purple org days, nice to know I wasn't the only one lurking a lot back then. KLHK was my comic relief, but she was too nasty and had issues with dark-skinned blacks. Wellbeyond always proved to be the best debater. The fake tracklists had me in tears from laughing so much. Shausler's endless VOOMs (man, now I forgot the song that spawned his VOOMs)
I actually fell into the "FIRST" trap several times.

And BattierBeMyDaddy? I always bring these people up when reminiscing about old orgers, and no one remembers them. i remember 'em both.
