Maybe Oprah is no way near as low brow as Springer et all, but they all come from her though. So i blame her lol Unfair maybe? I seem to rememeber, many years ago, silly talk about "my sons on drugs, what should i do oprah?", but that might of been some other talk show?

I'm sorry, but like I just have to know. It's been bugging me for a while. And like, if it's too personal just tell me. And I'm not bein' smart either. I'm genuinley curious.

1. How old are you?
2. Where are you from?
3. Do you eat 'shrooms?

iam a "up with hope, down with dope" guy these days. Seriously. I grew up with kids who are dealers now and they all call me soft.

Iam 20 years old, from USA (unfortunately), living in England now. I once did a talent show to James Brown's "living in america". I dressed like the black dude from "rocky iV", in the yank gear (carl weathers i think was his name?) and sang to the instrumental and added my own words. Lets just say it brought the house down. It was a bit anit-bush/USA lets say lyrically.

I cant remember the words i wrote and sang, but when James Brown calls out the city names of America, i sang instead....

"u can get shot in..... new orleans. (new orleans!)....kansas city, dallis, pitsburgh DA" etc.... I was only 16 at the time. For us kids back then, the satire i made up was quite good, and seeing myself in this costume (on the right) was a laugh aswell:

People loved it. It wasn't a mind blowingly edgy attack on america, more of a light joke. I did my best james brown moves aswell LOL Alot of english people in general does not like america for one reason or another.

I once thought i was hard, did shitty things, and had alot of anger in my mid teens. U know how it is. Iam very boring now. I was just as geeky back then, but i could charm girls more easly back then aswell. I look horrible now. But i can still throw a punch though. It comes with the territory.

Funny, i find chatting up girls very calculated and manipulative now i know better. I could use the almost exact same chat up lines, and it would usually work, despite my nasty acne or glasses. Kinda boring really.

well i loved the "people stop me in the street" bit. She's had the kid for what 2 weeks tops, cmon.

And this is what bugs me, one would think that after taking a 13 month old child away from all that he has known, that a new parent would want to give a child time to relax and get familiar with hes new surrounds, siblings, and parents.

Not take him on a book tour.

agreed. i can see that. but then again, that is de rigeur for her children. he's not going to have a life of sitting at home playing Lincoln logs with his bro under the watchful eye of mama. he's been inducted into the exclusive club of celebrity child rearing, which (for better or worse) has a set of rules completely different from conventional tradition.

and also, this interview confirms how much i fucking love Madonna.

she may not always know what she's gonna say when she opens her mouth, but despite all the talk of re-invention, Madonna has consistently been singularly focused on her own upward ascension. set a road block in front of her, and she will find the words that explain why that is irrelevant to her. she has a remarkable ability to chart her course and achieve no matter what. no matter what.

The media is obsessed with Madonna. If she does something as mundane as changing her hairstyle,it will be in all the tabloids. In many cases, she doesn't go out "looking" for attention. The adoption was meant to be a private family matter but because of who she is,it became a media circus. That's not her fault though.

That's one of the main reasons why I like her. I totally buy what she says, she seems very sincere....unlike somoene like, say, Janet Jackson. I saw a recent Oprah interview with Janet and I didn't believe a single word that came out of her mouth.

This about something that was done in private and the media caught wind of it and just went nuts. She is talking about it because what is being said about it is a bunch of bullshit (can bullshit be bunched?).

Anyway, anyone that brings the aids epidemic in Africa to the forefront is a-ok with me.

But no matter what she tries to do, no matter how good it may be, she will forever be labeled an attention whore.

She took a camera crew with her, it was her first time in Malawi and apparently she was filming some documentary/video etc, (according to some reports) It was all done in the full glare of the media, hence some of the criticism.
She also said she offered the father financial help to raise the child but he turned her offer down.
