It's Pandemonium in my house!!!!!

The trials of being a property manager.....

I had a resident turn in keys this morning. She says, "I've got a suitcase upstairs in the hallway, I'll be back later."

I go upstairs to check the status of the apartment, and I hear, "Meow".

There's a cat carrier with two awfully dirty, starving kittens in it. I talked to the neighbor of hers across the hall, and find out that the resident never had any intention of coming back for her "suitcase".

sad

I have them in one of my bathrooms together. I've called the adoption center who will be here Friday to pick them up. I was thinking of keeping at least one of them cuz they're so darned cute. The problem is that I ALREADY HAVE THREE CATS!!!!

I'm convinced that I can't even keep one of them because they DO NOT LIKE MY CATS. They're mean little shits.

Why, oh why do I have to be such a sucker for animals. And what is wrong with people that they just dump their animals to fend for themselves??? This girl never did inform me that she had animals in the first place!!!

pissed

Some other loser we evicted for non payment of rent had a dog.

I asked her boyfriend, who helped her move, where the dog was.

He said,"I guess it escaped."

What the fuck? You GUESS it escaped?????

but yeah, three cats is probably enough.
give them a chance at being adopted hug
especially into a home where they won't have to get defensive
because they are low kitty on the scratching pole

my neighbor thinks it's grand that his cat stays out for days at a time
meanwhile it's frickin cold outside and as i was outside decorating for halloween
the poor thing was on the step yowling to get inside.
doubtful that the guy was home for hours even after this.

not to mention this cat and every other neighborhood cat
sees fit to use my front flowerbed as a bathroom confused

Right now I like estuary. And infallible. And mollycoddled. Is that just a Scots word? We have lots, man. we call kitchens 'skulleries'. My imagination births some dark shit to explain that origin,

They're mean little shits like their former owner who abandoned them. Your cats deserve some peace and quiet.
Shame on the neglectful and irresponsible resident! no no no!

5 cats WOULD be a bit much. Let's just hope they can find a good home for them.
