Heroes is the only one currently, but Scrubs will be once it starts and The Office and My Name Is Earl are pretty close.

Most of TV is made up! However, regarding Lost...some of it is written as they go. This keeps it loose and not forced. They also let the actor dynamics play out too, which gets written in the story lines. They also take in effect how the audience is reacting...though not as much. Many of the Major Plot points have been laid out already. Now how they get there and how they execute it...that's a little murky. But they DO know what's going on in general and they DO know the ending.

I've watched a couple of other series after the fact (I just finished Project Runway #3, and I downloaded Coming Out Stories). But 24 is the only one in recent memory that I've actually watched as it aired and wouldn't miss.

2.5 more months 'til the new season starts!
