What do you do... ...when you are just that sick and tired of yourself and how are you are that you can barely stand it?
I know this is probably a silly thread to start but fuck it... I need a hug and yeah I'm begging

I find something to be upset about other than myself. That's the short-term fix. If you figure out the long-term fix, let me know. |

well here's your hug Well we all do things once in a while that we think to ourselves "why am i the way i am"? but it will pass. You are who you are for a reason, thats what makes each and every one of us so special in our own way. But you have to be comfortable with yourself too and your ways. don't worry, whatever it is you are concerned with won't last forever. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I need a hug today too.
Sometimes other people's happiness makes me puke. Just joking. Seriously, I just try to stay busy and it passes eventually. "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"-Dr Seuss

I always try little steps to make it better.
You know yourself best, so you know what steps are needed, probably. Small steps can make a big difference.

Free concert with Gogol Bordello in Selfridges on Sunday at noon, in the basement. Go EARLY if you're going. They're doind a signing in the Vans store on Carnaby St. around 3:00. That should cheer you up. "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"-Dr Seuss

At one time in my life I was at this point too, we already talked about this once, remember, Tisse? I decided to do volunteers work. I first did shopping for elderly and just meeting some of them opened up the viscious circle I was caught in. After that I decided to do work in a children's hospital; I used to organise activities, keep the children occupied, but in the end it turned out that they wanted me to read stories. So I did just that.

I didn't drink since Sunday and I've had a headache ever since, but like today, my head hurts that bad that I can't even go to the store to get laundy detergent.

Depression's and how to get out of it is unique to everyone, but I've always found the way I get out of it is be totally alone, revel in the most depressing and hateful music I can find and just sort my shit out, self-discover, think about what's actually at the root of the feelings.

interesting you say this because I usually have to have a hard cry to get everything out. Sometimes talking to someone is good, but I find it awkward because once you finally feel good about whatever it is that is bothering you, then the person you vented to usually wants to know why all of a sudden you are so chipper. And sometimes explaining to people who you vent to gets annoying, they don't always understand how you come to the kinds of conclusions that you do. That's why i feel now, that whenever i feel down on myself or i feel bad about something i did, or something thats going on in my life that is bothering me, i try to handle it myself. this way people can't come back as ask you "so whatever happened to that such and such situation". I hate having to give people updates. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
