Yes, it's true. Our little son Althom is going to have a playmate soon! Muse has been a little upset since getting the news (it's just pre-partum depression!), but I suggested that she doll herself up a little and put on something other than her typical baggy overalls and faded Richard Marx t-shirt, and she was all "you can't take the tomboy out of me, Anx! Quit trying! I hate you."

She's a feisty one! I can't believe we've been married 11 years now (and only ONE extended separation...granted it was seven years long and she slapped a restraining order on my ass, but we don't dwell on that anymore, thank odin.)

Anyway, it's going to be a blessed nine months if we can just get that mean-spirited Endorphin74 to quit prank calling us at all hours. Oh, and recently he's been having pizzas delivered to our house in beautiful Central Indiana. I KNOW IT'S YOU, ENDO, SO KNOCK IT OFF! I CAN HEAR YOUR PIXIES MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND WHEN YOU CALL!!!

So life isn't perfect, but we make do. I just go out and shoot some hoops or watch some ESPN SportsCenter when life gets to be too much, and I'm happy as can be in a jiffy.

Speaking of a jiffy, I gotta go - Muse is making veal stuffed steak poppers for dinner!
