pick something everybody can relate to, such as organization or time management.

follow it up with something along the lines of "i envy people who are naturally organized. it just doesn't come easy to me, but i've read books/taken classes on organizational skills, and they have helped me tremendously. i now start my day with a to-do list and keep it visible on my desk all day. it's given me a great sense of accomplishment..." blahblah

i don't think i'd admit to THREE weaknesses - pick a couple, and end on something more light-hearted, like "chocolate"...

good luck!

When talking about your weaknesses in an interview, be honest, but not tooooo honest. Another good tip is to talk about what you are doing about your weakness. For example, one of my developmental opportunities ( giggle ) tends to be spatial organization. My desk is always a mess. But I talk about how I've devised plans for improvement, have signed up for or taken classes to help me get better, etc.

Those are the lamest weaknesses I've ever heard. I'd tear you apart if I were interviewing you.

Nah, I'd be all, "So how is that a weakness?" and then I'd lecture them ona healthy life/work balance. wink

Illustrator

1. My jaw has a tendency to dislocate & then reset itself when I swallow hamsters & other such small mammals.

2. SpookyMuffin is an associate of mine.

3. Because of my demonic heritage (on my father's side), groups of animals tend to go into a frenzy whilst in my presence.

Yeah, but that's just an example. Only use it if its also true for you. Remember that when you're interviewing for a job, you're sort of interviewing them, also. You want to know if you're going to be the right fit for the position. If you make up stuff just to try to get in the door, you may find yourself miserable once you're there.

so far, everything except what you've said has been judged by you to be lame. sorry we can't meet your high standard. personally i'd be alarmed if someone told me they weren't organized, but trying.
