trip to the pediatric cardiologist

My adorable daughter had a small heart murmor when she was born. It turned out to be fine.

Through professional contacts, I managed to land my kids with the best pediatrician in the county. Being a new patient and looking at her history, he sent us to All Childrens Hospital. The pediatrician was rather impressive with numerous awards and publications.

After a battery of tests, he happily told me that Elissia is 100 percent healthy! woot!

days like this fill me with appreciation for the good things that surround me, something I'm apt to forget more often than not.

woot! Great news!

I'm very blessed that my children have so far had excellent health. My oldest brother died at the age of 7 from a disease...1 year before I was born, and I can't imagine what my parents must have gone through, and I hope I never have to.

woohoo

my middle child had a hole in his heart when he was born

but it closed by itself by the time he was 12 months

they say what he had is SO common it should be called a variation

when it is really bad, it is REALLY BAD though sad so it's good they are so thorough when checking out all murmurs
