Sigh. I am a nerd, I know.

My first new addiction is Stargate Atlantis, the spin-off of a series I never liked very much because I just thought it looked lame and the characters were almost all played by actors that irked me the wrong way.

This new series is great, though! Even though, like with every other SF series, every other world looks like OR Utah OR Pensylvania, the characters are kewl, the actors that play them all in the right place and the plots are fun too.

My second new addiction are soundtracks! I just typed OST in my search engine and started downloading. Currently listening to hte first Twin Peaks soundtrack, but also got things like The Big Lebowski, all the right Batmans, Barbarella, Big Night, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Breakin', bleeding Bridget Jones, Crooklyn, Habla Con Ella, Hamam, Merry Christman Mr lawrence, Magnolia, I am Sam, The Singing Detective, etc, etc, etc...

My love for movie soundtracks breaks up in two parts of course; I love good compilation soundtracks,like Crooklyn, that have an amazing collection of artists, making one hell of a good listen. Like the soundtrack of Dirty Dancing. Love it!

Then there are the scores, like almost everyhting Danny Elfman does. The instrumental scores are often the new classical scores. Love them as well.

Last, but not least, is my new addiction to electronic music. Or let's call it a re-discovery. It is just that through some new friends I have started to listen to artists like The Knife and Ladytron, of whom I never heard before.

Through these bands, I have found links to Ellen Allien & Apparat, for instance, whom's Orchestra Of Bubbles rocks my world. There's way more artists, but I got them hyped in a much ignored thread on the music non Prince forum.

I am now halfway season two and am currently downloading the first few episodes of season three.

I am hooked on Pandora at the moment, being rather musically sheltered I tried that Last FM you put me onto Herman, but it keeps buffering and dropping out all the time, Pandora doesn't

So I discovered a band called Jupiter One on there, I am hooked on their song Wrong Line and made it my myspace page song.
