A conference brought me to this city... The Children's Treehouse Foundation... with intentions of bringing this support to our own hospital. The focus group will involve children who's parent/(s) have cancer. http://www.childrenstreehousefdn.org/ This is only part of the core relating to my work and life. I am also shaping and juggling a tutoring/school program within our Pediatric Unit. Along with a handful or two of other great endeavors. While the org is not a place I visit, as it was in the past... I still aim to meet many who's existing awareness began here. Many in which... are still a part of my life now.

the building you asked about is the D & F Tower. Daniels & Fisher was a local department store that merged with the May Co. to become May D & F that then became Foley's that is now Macy's. the clock stopped long ago and it is now an office building. there was, and maybe still is, a comedy troupe that performed in the basement of the building. anyhoo.. i wish i could have been there to see Denver with you. October is one of my favorite times to be in Denver. Fall is starting to set in and there are still many colors and warm Indian summer days. a friend of mine used to work at the Brown Palace. The clock on the Daniels, and Fisher tower still chimes.
