Do you know anyone who's pet outlived them?

Do you know anyone who's pet outlived them? confuse

What happened to the pet afterwards? confuse

One of the things I find so tragic is when you lose your pet. I boo hoo'd like a little bitch when my cat died. When I think back, I have guilty thoughts like "I should have cherished the time I spent with BB (my cat) more..."

But I saw a show on cable that showed a little dog that walked to the train every single day waiting for his master to arrive. His master passed away, and the dog still had a habbit of walking to the train station and waiting for him. I can't remember when I saw it, but it was a few years ago, and I still think about that show.

Seems like the separation hurts both sides--owner and pet. sad

the master had 2 cats, Funky and Pépe, and Funky got run over. Pépe acted really funny after, he took a long time to get over it cry

He would lie on the spot Funky was buried in the garden.

If you had a dog it would be called Deefer.

(pst - say it out loud - it is a soft 'c' sound)

If they have caring family, they take the pet to a place where it feel at home.

Not just simply the pet shelter. I went out of my way to find a good home for the cat of a loved one. Worked as well.

I think Winston Churchills tortoise is alive and well somewhere.
Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!
woot!

My 3 dogs are 14, 12, and 8 years old. Unless something wicked happens to me relatively soon, I going to outlive them for sure, but I'm dreading the day because I know it's getting close, especially for the oldest one - even though she appears in good health for her age now.
