We went to Valleyfair amusement park today outside of Minneapolis. They opened it up for a Halloween Haunt called Valleyscare and it was really fun (even if we did need to bundle all up). Anyway I snuck my camera on a rollercoaster and took an video of Amy as we rode it. Obviously I missed her sometimes but it's pretty fun to watch.

Fun! I haven't been out to ValleyFair in years! I keep meaning to go and somehow it never happens.

I love YouTube! Where else can you put cool stuff like this on the internet so everybody can watch it? The scariest part of going on a roller coaster, for me anyway, is going up that first big hill. Hearing the coaster go "clackity clack" the whole way up and just knowing that you're about to go flying down a hill at top speed is a true adrenaline rush. The cat at the end hissing is cute too. Thanks for sharing.

We should make it part of the invasion next year seriously. A couple of the haunted houses they set up were really freaky and at night they basically didn't turn on any lights at all so you were walking around Valleyfair at night in the dark and they people dressed as monsters and ghouls walking around scaring people. Despite the cold it was a blast.

We went at about 3:00 and the place was empty so we didn't have to wait in line for any rides which was great. It was getting pretty crowded at night so I think the way we did it was excellent. Do the rides in the afternoon and then the haunts as it got dark.

For $5 bucks they would have taken a picture of me lying in a coffin posing like I was dead with Amy standing over me crying and holding flowers but she wouldn't do it
