then again, i'm kind of a bird nerd. i've already decided i'm going to be a birdwatcher when i'm an old geezer.

the fuckers hiss, though. a friend and i thought it would be cute to buy a loaf of bread for feeding the geese in the park and we got fucking AMBUSHED by tons of hissing geese. fortunately my friend's blood curdling screams sent them running and we made a break for the car.

Geese are great, we have several wildlife refuges here and some of them stay all year round. Goose poo is good fertilizer for flowers.

Birds in general are great, my roommates boyfriend bought two tangerine doves for her and they are adorable. They make a noise that sounds like someone's laughing. Very sweet.

I love Geese. If you have a bag of day old bread, it's like Crack Cocaine to them. They will swarm you for it, they're so funny

I love how when you walk towards them, they very calmly take a few steps away, they'll keep doing this indefinitely, as long as you don't charge at them.

The one time I started running towards them as a joke, they turned around and came head on towards me and flew over my head dropping crap on me.

I've gotten my hand pecked a few times while trying to feed them, it's not that painful, it's kinda cute. Some of them would even let me pet em on the head.

I love Avian Bird Flu

I like them.

I even like that they are little diva bitches.
