Every pic i tried to use as the avatar was apparently too big. I couldn't find one under the 15 k limit.

if you save pics to photobucket.com (which is free to use), you can choose to have your pics automatically resized to avatar size.

The babe never showed me how to do the avatar stuff because she does not know about this site.

If you can't figure out the photobucket thing, the other easy thing you can do is to save the pic to your pc, then open your PAINT program (in your accessories, under "START") and resize it by using the "stretch and skew" feature under "image"





Shrink it down until you get to a size under 15k. You shrink it down by putting the horizontal and the vertical to 50% or 30% or whatever until you get to the right size.



The bigger the file, the smaller the percentage should be to get it to 15k.

It's really easy to do and you should be able to figure this out.

However, I have my doubts.
