New pics from "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" !! (thanks A2grafix)
Here they are...the first pics from the upcoming Harry Potter film! 
More here... Harry Potter 5 Teaser in Theaters Nov. 17 Source: Warner Bros. Pictures October 11, 2006 Warner Bros. Pictures has announced that the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix theatrical teaser trailer will debut in theaters on November 17th. The trailer can only be seen in front of the studio's comedy adventure film, Happy Feet. The trailer should be online sometime the week after. The highly-anticipated fifth "Harry Potter" installment hits theaters and IMAX on July 13, 2007. can't see the pics. but, i have the creepiest feeling that harry dies in the last book. like buffy the vampire slayer, like gandalf the grey (who doesn't really die but turns white and goes up a level) like dumbledore, like jesus or mithras.....
i just have this feeling that harry nobly self-sacrifices at the end.

I have to say, people often talk about the kids aging as if it's a problem. I TOTALLY disagree! While not true to the timeline of the books, I think it is so awesome to have a series of movies highlighting a cohort that comes of age before our eyes. I mean just look at that group shot! They've gone from being cutesy, innocent little kids to these really sharp young adults -- all different, but all beloved for their own quirks. What a great thing for kids to see! I agree. And in this book they're supposed to be around 16-years-old...which is close to their actual ages...Emma is 16, Daniel is 17 and Rupert is 18.exactly... not sure what the big deal is about their ages - I think it's just in keeping with the way real kids age I guess  | |

They're gonna KILL me with previews so far out from the actual release date... Trailers start mid November...Movie hits mid July!?! Torture!!!! The kids look great! I agree, it's such a good thing for our kids see the series' kids grow up. I think it's wonderful.  I'm firmly planted in denial |
