Great movies from all over the world

We have this TV channel here called SBS, and every night they air 2 international films. They are usually good, but sometimes really crap. Apart from the title and what country it was made it our TV guide doesn't provide a blurb, so I never know what it will be like mad

Is there a site somewhere where I can see a list of highly regarded/well received/critically acclaimed films from the last 10 years?

Or maybe you can recommend some for me?

Summer.. Winter .. Spring... Fall (or something like that) Korea

Internal Affairs ( Hong Kong)

Run Lola Run (Germany I think)
Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

If you want to see Finnish films you could try to watch Aki Kaurismäki's films, especially 'Man without a past' is great. But Kaurismäki is quite unique, even Finns find it hard to understand his films. (I like them)

You don't need a blurb!
If it's from France you know it'll be about a woman descovering her sexuality.....with a bit of rompy pomy thrown in. razz

The most "French" film I ever saw was 'Va Savior'. It was about a love triangle that was resolved by spontaneous ballroom dancing. confused
