Did anybody watch this show on VH-1 (it premiered tonight)? It's the show where they have 5 celebrities who visit a place that is haunted, to see if they can feel/see/hear anything, and also to see if they can connect with the spirits that are in the place. I've only seen one episode, and I already love this show!!! There's something about the paranormal that is so creepy, but yet so interesting.

i'm waiting for it.
it sounds like old mtv show called "fear"
but yeah i'm a sucker for anything with ghost in it.
i have told already my experiences with ghost.

I've heard that ghosts are "unsettled" souls, who have never really had peace in their life, so they just kind of hang around after they die.

There was a lady I used to work with who said that she had a ghost in her house. She had to call someone out to get rid of it. Yikes!!!

Sounds a bit like Most Haunted that's been over here for some time - when they do celebrity editions, it's always people who are desperate to get on TV and they know that they'll get more airtime if they hear or see things. It was funny watching Julie Goodyear from Corrie go over the top, just to be on the telly again.

Do you watch Ghost Hunters on Sci-Fi? The new season started a couple weeks ago, it's a really good show too.

A previous occupant of our home died in the house, we had been told that she comes back to visit the house and she "loves" the colours we have used because of their warmth and brightness except for the Kitchen because we cannot decide on the Colours (the kitchen was undecorated at that time )- and that we should stop arguing over how to do the Garden - Again, we could not decide on how to layout the Garden which was a big mess at the time!!

I will look out for this show - I used to like Most Haunted, until Derek got possessed every show..... I usually watch the Ghost Documentaries on Discovery etc.

I watch it from time to time but I don't think I've seen any of the new episodes. It's funny because even their staff gets freaked out every once in a while ...I thought they'd be used to it.

LOL. If you ever get a chance to read the forums on the T.A.P.S. or Ghost Hunters web sites, they pretty much trash the "Most Haunted" show as being full of it and basically fake. I have to admit, it's kind of funny to watch only because they take themselves so seriously on Most Haunted. The season finale last year was hilarious because it was one thing after another happening.

They should actually be investigated, cuz Fraud is a crime right ???

Programs like this annoy me, mainly because they make a mockery out of real paranormal phenomenom and people who dedicate themselves to the research of such things. But worse still is that Derek Acorah is supposed to be really good at what he does...kinda like a British John Edwards (is that his name? The "Crossing Over dude"?)....So did he sell out?
