You always hear the term, "New Day same old shit"... But I have experienced two totally different days this weekend. Usually my days are somewhat consistent, not awesome, not sorry, usually average. However my Saturday was flipping phenomenal, while this Sunday has been atrocious. Saturday I got a lot of stuff done around the house, was basking in the glory of football team I coach homecoming win the previous day (where both my running backs rushed for over 100 yards and my Quarterback passed for 278 yards and 2 touchdowns!), went on a good lunch date, and D.J.'d a wedding reception for two of my great friends and the party was jumpin till the cops came knockin around midnite(they got married in hawaii 2 months ago but not everyone of there friends could fly there so they had the reception yesterday) Today, sunday was shitty. I woke up super late and missed mass (which I rarely do), totally forgot to do film exchange with this weeks opposing coach this morning and barely got the film a few hours ago, (which hurts my game planning and messes up the preperation plans), the girl I went on a date with is acting weird, and I lost my wallet and have no damn groceries! My dinner consisted of top ramen and apples.Gotta love life!

Congratulations on your Saturday and I'm sorry about your Sunday.

Would you have rather had a completely average weekend, or one good day and one bad day?

I'd rather have two good days, but I personally find two average days to be way better than a good day and a bad day, cause the bad day just takes you to the pits after a great day. However I would perhaps prefer a bad day, followed by a great day if I had the option. But life is life and we can only control so much right?

that is like the day where my kid shit his pants at the shops, I sent my other kid to kindy in slippers, then when I went to get his shoes I locked myself out of the house.

Tomorrow will probably be OK. just take it easy and rest up a bit

If it's any consolation I had a very polar weekend too. Saturday was one of those perfect autumn days, calm, serene, happy, peaceful and Sunday was diabolical, chaotic, stressful, argumentative and very very tiring! I just wish they were reversed so I didn't start my working week feeling like shit!
