A Guy Here At Work Passed Away While He Was On The Job... I didn't know the man personally (he worked in another building). But the story is that he told a coworker that he was going to the restroom. They found him on the floor in the hallway, dead. He wasn't that old, only 53, but I guess he had worked here for many years. Goes to show you that you never know when your time will be up. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Not sure, I haven't heard anything. I'm assuming that it was a heart attack, since it happened so suddenly. Which makes me wonder, did this guy know that he had a heart problem? Was he having symptoms, and if so, did he see a doctor? Guess I'll never know for sure. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

One of my co-workers died last year. He was religiously on time and was just promoted to be credit manager for the UK office. He had booked his flights and was tying up loose ends here in LA and one day he didn't come in. He didn't call either. His coffee buddies knew that was not like him so they tried calling his cell/home, no answer. They contacted his family and his sister found him on his bathroom floor dead It was so awful and the suddenness of it was quite shocking. 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

So sad! Still, any chance you might get a promotion out of it? Every cloud they say.

One of my colleagues died on the job. She had a heart attack. We were at lunch when she was complaining of chest pains. She got up to go into the office and then fell to the floor. She died instantly. It was tragic. Fortunately, her children were able to be with her during her last moments. Coincidentally, they came for a visit to have lunch with her. It was really sad.
