Now that I think about it,I've never gotten a job from those internet sites. It was either from the local college listings or just going to apply on my own.

I had real difficulty using monster to find jobs in radioactive isotope manufacturing near where I live.

I think you have better luck applying in person, or perhaps apply in person with a job agency that you trust. Although some job agencies are not all that either.
