If you weren't a native English speaker, I suppose you'd want to see someone who spoke your language. Usually they have a name badge that says, "I SPEAK..." whatever. In addition to English. I am fairly certain your "dude at the door waiting to check your receipt" aka "greeter" probably has a grasp of English.
