Go outside.

this worked for me. I was diagnosed depressed when I was in nursing school
I started taking hour long walks at a lake everyday after classes and got rid of my toxic friends and after 2-3 weeks I began to feel better not to mention losing weight. lexapro and welbuterin works for alot of patients if you dont want to take the natural approach meds are good.

nod Yeah...I think it was called "Play Trolls" playboy Personally, I prefer School trolls, because of the little uniforms, but Play Trolls are a turn on too. My absolute favorite, though, has to be the french publication, OUI~! Trolls. I just think french Trolls are the biggest turn on in the world. smile

Prayer and Bible study (Ephesians 2:10, for instance)
Supportive friends (and, ditching unsupportive ones)
Volunteering with the less fortunate (it helps your perspective)
Exercise (it really helps, on so many levels)
Counseling (formal and otherwise -- talking it out is a great aid)
