ugh how to have flat stomachh!!!!!

i am normal
but i was my abs to be like FLAT u know so when you wear something tight and long it makes u look GORGEOUS
any girls know how to do that?

More than half the battle is what you're putting in your mouth and the amount of cardio that you do. You can do things all day to help tone your abs like contracting and then releasing them at work, while youre wathing tv, while in traffic, etc. You have to know that you have to decrease the body fat around your midesction before the appearance of toned abs can be achieved. You do this by eating a low calorie, high quality diet and using your cardiovascular system (heart and lungs) at least 5-7 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. You MUST be consistant. If you arent, you wont see results. I suggest you go to http://acefitness.org for tips on great ab exercises! Good luck! smile
