Ok, this isn't about all eBay sellers, cuz I do love me some eBay, but there are some that just GET ON MY NERVES! The ones I can't stand are those who leave you the same feedback you leave for them. It's simply not fair! They pretty much hold you hostage, because if they do something wrong, you don't want to be honest, and ruin your own feedback. I just left feedback for someone who sent me an item with some damage done to it (a Prince collectible, no less ). I still left positive feedback, because the person kept rubbing it in that they "went the extra mile" for me. The first time they sent the item, it was lost in the mail. They were understanding, and sent a replacement right away. When I received the replacement, it was NOT in good condition, and I could tell the damage was done prior to shipping. When I complained, they said "I sent a replacement at my own expense!" blah blah blah. Well, I guess I screwed myself over, but I felt I deserved positive feedback (since I paid right away, and communicated every step of the way). Sorry if this sounds rediculous or petty. I just had to vent! Feel free to ignore me. I feel a little better now...

I know what you mean, and I agree. If they can't take the constructive criticism, screw them!

I bid on something and won it...and the guy said he couldn't ship it because it broke when he was packing it up. I left the negative criticism. heck what do I care what others think about me? it's ebay for gods sake

Im going through something now.

I asked to return an item because I didnt like it.
He gave me crap,even though he had "if not satisfied,money back guarantee" written twice on his page.

He told me to pawn it,or give it to a relative
I told him no,and I was going to ship it back.

He lives all the way in Canada,so I hope he gets it. I dont want any problems,I just want my money back. He doesnt want to play hard ball with me
