I just got home and I'm watching the news right now with all of this stuff. I work in Midtown on 34th and 7th Ave (the west side) and I was obviously no where near the site but I hope that all the NYers on the org are doing fine and weren't nowhere near 72nd and 1st and York Av and my prayers go to anyone killed and hurt especially Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle.

pray

I live literally 4 blocks from there...luckily I was at work so wasn't directly affected. (Even though it's not my stomping grounds of choice, don't want to give up the rent stabilized apt... wink )

Chris, glad to hear you are okay, and Cam you too, and thanks for checkin' up on me! thumbs up!

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Thanks...by the time I got home from work at 8pm I couldn't tell anything had happened...weird. My apartment is in a small 4 story walk-up that is west of the building that was hit; so I would actually have to go out of my way to walk by it. But it was weird when I heard the address, I was like, "Shit! That's right by my apt!" Had to call my moms right away so she wouldn't freak out--even though I was at work 30 blocks away.

Glad all our New York orgers are okay!

I've been trying to post on my Treo for 2 days but couldn't.

It's great to hear all orgers from New York are okay.

Chris and Purplecam I'm sooooo glad to hear that you're okay.
