Whole, 2% or skim milk? Or soy?

I like a good soy milk, but I find it doesn't do justice in cereal. I generally use Lactaid 2% or skim. Whole milk just tastes crazy to me.

half and half.... I only drink milk when it's in my coffee.

I only drink flavored milk straight whether it's soy or dairy. For my cereal or cooking/baking, I usually just buy 2%. I never buy whole.

soy. i will drink real milk if i have to, but that's pretty much next to never.

it upsets my stomach

If I drink cows' milk it's always full fat as I need fattening up.

Oh, and I love hot tofu milk from the market. They put these little jelly strips in there and black sesame seeds inside tiny jelly balls. 6 baht a bag too! That's only 15 cents!
