name a dish that you have tried over and over again to try and cook, but no matter how many times you have cooked the dish, it still doesn't come out right.

i'm bad at baking things from scratch. i tried to make orange torani muffins from scratch and they came out like little flesh colored hockey pucks.

gimme a mix and i'm good to go, but anyone can do that.

Steak Marsala or Chicken Marsala. I haven't gotten up the nerve to try to make it. But, I think I will before year's end.

I can cook most anything but its baking that isnt my thing. I cannnot bake to save my life. If I had to pick a dish that I cant cook it'd have to be sushi because you dont cook sushi.

i love to cook and the things i cook i can cook well but i don't know a lot of recipes the only thing i don't think i've mastered is candied yams. shyslantedeye gave me some cake recipes that i've yet to make but when i'm not busy i'm gonna work on them.
