8 years is a long time. All he did was cheat on her...the self esteem thing is her own deal. Now if he was a drug user or an abusive person or stole all her money...that's a different story. Not to make light of the cheating, but that's a common thing folks do.

Since it is such a long time...I'd prolly just let it be.

Stay out of this, ZK.

His first g/f sounds a little immature and not above sabotage.

I could be wrong.

the old one begging me to tell the new one!!

sigh I am definitely staying out of this one!

I would be very interested ( if she were my friend ) to know her intentions for doing so

hmmm

Here is what I think, Mach:
(sabotage - I think you may be right, TB)
Yhough she may on the surface believe she will spare my friend heartache, what I really think my other friend wants is to keep HIM from having a chance at having some happiness (that she doesn't think he deserves, due to the unhappiness he caused her).

wow ... i think ... u should tell her ...

of course ... predicate that alil ... by saying the "whole story" ... but ... if she is a "friend" ... she will relate ... to ya ... and --- most importantly ... realize there "are 2 sides to the story" ... kinda ....

(see my post on high school geeks ) but that comes to mind ... i woulda loved to have the "ammo" i coulda told that other girl about that "geek turned stud(in his mind)" i just ran into ... ugh ... that guy was an ass in high school and is a bigger ass NOW that he thinks he is gods gift to women ... lol

maybe i am too harsh on men .... wink razz confused
