I get between 17 and 19 mpg.

One of the reasons why I want to get rid of it.

I had a rental caliber on business for a week last month. It drove well, just not big enough for me.

SUV hate only really makes sense if the haters also hate trucks, vans, buses, and all other large vehicles...and let's not forget jets, or anything that runs on diesel.

To solely single out SUVs as a major emissions offender is pretty ignorant.

But to get back on track here, the real problem with these larger vehicles is that they are not held to the same exhaust emission standards as ordinary automobiles.

Hopefully this will change sooner than later.
