Stress, lack of sleep, sugar, greasy food, not enough water, genetics, all of which could cause zits. Although, keeping your pours clean is the biggest factor.

I can totally relate. I'm almost 24, and I still breakout. It sucks. Stress does seem to bring on zits more often, especially when I'm having trouble with the boyfriend. It's time to go to the spa darlin'!

Fret not!! You know, there are no rulez about what age you get what- those are just very general idealisms (with the exception of puberty and menopause ofcourse i guess). I got some advice! Drink plenty of water, and if you love herbal and floral teas, drink as much as you can! Also, if you can access 100% pure Patchouli essential oil (it isn't dear at all)- one drop on a cotton bud and place firmly on each spot. Patchouli in its pure form is anti-bacterial and is also moisturising for the skin so it doesn't get too dried up when healing.

Yanno what? I used to drink a shit load of water, and haven't been lately, due to uhhh, other liquiod intake. Maybe thats the problem.
