A lot of northern-germans ('Sau-Preissn'! ) find the Bavarian to be arrogant though.....  We Austrians usually love Bavarians. In fact Bavarian actors, TV series, movies or comedians are far more successful here than in Bavaria. When I am in other parts of Germany people usually think I am from Bavaria, not from Austria. That's because of my accent, though I hardly have any and some Austrians don't believe I am from Vienna although I am .
Yes Vienna is in the "flat" part of Austria, but Munich isn't situated in the mountains either. But then again for somebody from the Netherlands it might seem it is . When there is a car driving very slowly somewhere in any part of Austria that is not completely "flat" it's usually a dutch one .With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! I used to live in Munich, I could see the Alps from my balcony on the 8th floor! 
The Bavarians are fun, and I like the Austrians as well..... And when I'm driving in Germany, I sure as well hate them slow dutch mofo's.....  | |
