I don't think Bavarians are arrogant, I have a friend who lives in Berlin now but comes from Munich and she told me that usually people from Berlin are considered to be arrogant contrary to Bavarians lol . I enjoy visiting some friends of mine who live in Munich, but for me it's just a mixture of my hometown Vienna and the "Trachten"tradition of the western parts of Austria. Nothing wrong with that, but it just isn't very exciting for me shrug. Berlin on the other hand is such a vivid city love.

Ah, I see.... wink Funny enough I have never made it to Berlin yet, heard a lot of goods things about it and it is definitely high on my list! Never made it to Vienna either..... but I always thought it would be a lot different because it is more in the 'flat' part of Austria? Also on my list though!

A lot of northern-germans ('Sau-Preissn'! lol ) find the Bavarian to be arrogant though..... razz

We Austrians usually love Bavarians. In fact Bavarian actors, TV series, movies or comedians are far more successful here than in Bavaria. When I am in other parts of Germany people usually think I am from Bavaria, not from Austria. That's because of my accent, though I hardly have any and some Austrians don't believe I am from Vienna although I am shrug.
Yes Vienna is in the "flat" part of Austria, but Munich isn't situated in the mountains either. But then again for somebody from the Netherlands it might seem it is wink . When there is a car driving very slowly somewhere in any part of Austria that is not completely "flat" it's usually a dutch one lol .
With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

about 30 kilometers south of Munich and the Alps start and it's on an altitude of about 500 metres. I used to live in Munich, I could see the Alps from my balcony on the 8th floor! woot!
The Bavarians are fun, and I like the Austrians as well.....
And when I'm driving in Germany, I sure as well hate them slow dutch mofo's.....shrug giggle

I didn't know this. I wonder how many more things in Disney aren't original creations.
Abierman, looks like you had a great time.
