I think this is probably THE worst thread I've ever seen.
I live in Thailand. What would you expect me to wear? I have some very cool Diesel flip-flops that may or may not be genuine Diesel-made footwear, and I think they look nice. I do have a couple of pairs of slip-on leather shoes and some trainers, but I don't wear them all that often due to the heat. If you're just walking to the market to buy some fruit there is no way you wear anything other than flip-flops. And besides, I think my feet look alright.
