DO NOT and I mean DO NOT buy the DVD if you think you will see deleted scenes or a good alternate ending. One thing we learned is that Target was cheaper than Walmart by 5 dollars for the DVD!! Threw or through a party at my boy house watching this movie and what a disappointment they all felt along with me although it is MY movie!

Yeah right, wouldn't that been a good ending, no ROGUE got her powers back, Wolverine returned to Mountains and school stayed open. That was the real alternate ending. See why we disappointed here getting drunk on wine watching texas chainsaw massacre at 1:30 in the morning

Hank (Beast) returns to the Xavier school to teach (he went back to the governement in the theatrical version). LAME

ALTERNATE 2:
Rogue DOESN'T get "the cure", and tells Bobby that's he's just gonna have to accept her as she is--we never saw her get the cure, just standing in line. (in the theatrical version, they hold hands with gloves, this version she still has gloves on and they hug) LAME

ALTERNATE 3:
Logan/Wolverine goes back to the bar that we first saw him in Xmen 1. The owner who pulled the shotgun on him in that movie, does it again, but pours him a drink. they talk for a few seconds. More of a teaser for a Wolvie spinoff than anything else. SORTA LAME.

make sure you check out the deleted scenes--the extended fight at Jean's house (with Wolvie's claws actually going thru Juggernaut's arm, Wolvie saying "shit", and storm channeling lightning through wolverine to beat juggernaut;) a slightly extended Phoenix carnage scene, Beast breaking a neck, and a huge water wave by storm that kills a lot of the mutants).

you know there's gonna be an ultra-deluxxxe version ready in time for christmas. they love making people buy the same thing two or three times, don'tcha know. i was gonna buy a copy yesterday, but when i saw the skimpy bonus features i figured i'd wait for the uber-fancy version.

Is the full trilogy set already out? That's what I want. (Still disappointed that Phoenix didn't turn into the full flame-bird Phoenix we all know and love)
