Went to one of the riverboat casinos in New Orleans when they started popping up over the place in the mid-90's....hit the blackjack table (the cheapie ones) and won $500 bucks.... yay!

....of course I got greedy... drooling

..and gave it right back in a fraction of the time it took me to win it.... doh!

I won $30 for catching the largest fish on a boat trip. lol

My dad HATES New York so I took him to BFE Brooklyn and we went on a fishing trip on the Atlantic--you pay about $25 and they provide everything: poles, bait, etc. I was the only girl on the trip and a "no touch" because I wouldn't touch the bait or the fish. lol

On the way back to Brooklyn they clean the fish right on the boat for you, so I tipped the guy $20 because I felt bad that there were all these serious anglers and I won.

My fave was when I went to Monte Carlo and won 100 francs in the slot machines. It was enough to pay for my train ticket back to Cannes, where I was studying.

I won 3 Marilyn Monroe videos in conjunction with an Illinois lottery game. I just had to send in a postcard and answer 3 questions about her correctly.

abierman	I once found 250 euro's at the Oktoberfest.....that's the closest I got to winning.....no, wait, I won a foto contest last year, also Oktoberfest, and won a fancy cell-phone that was woth around 800 euro's.....the damn thing doesn't work though!
