Pricipal called me this morning at 9AM sharp. The kid confessed, and was suspended for the rest of the week. The other mother was pretty upset, she said. Too bad, I said. Awesome news!

I happy for you....they ought to keep an eye on him for more behavior like that, and if it happens again, then the parents should pay the punishment next time.... Really hope that ur daughter is ok.... He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow.

I'm glad that kid is getting punished! There is no excuse for behavior like that. How do they think he's gonna treat women in the future?
Also, I hope you and your daughter are doing well. She's lucky to have such a caring Mom. embarrassing gender confusion edit [Edited 10/4/06 19:17pm] Wanna hear me sing? www.ChampagneHoneybee.com

When I was in 8th grade, a kid in my gym class assaulted me. I fought back to the extent necessary to defend myself. The gym teacher broke it up. There was no dispute that I was merely defending myself. Nonetheless, I was told that if I tried to pursue the matter, both of us would be disciplined for fighting. It didn't matter that the school corporation had a written policy stating that students were allowed to act in self-defense. I'm hoping that the other mother was upset AT HER OWN CHILD!!! ...unfortunately I'm sure it was at the school and possibly your daughter. THAT'S the problem with this country...children are no longer held accountable for their actions. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

They're learning too much from those idiotic adults that if things don't go your way, sue somebody.

Sad Sad Sad. Document everything cause I dont know you daughter but she may get fed up and retaliate against one of these bullies one day than she will be in trouble that is what happened to me. Also some states have Bullying laws in effect due to drop out rates. You did the right thing by reporting it to the police that lets the principle know to get off his ass and react to shit like that. Don't take life too seriously, noone gets out alive.
